I was surprised to learn that some people were apprehended for illegally selling
downloaded MP3 music. In the news, some men were collared for selling the MP3's. Although
digital music is freely downloadable, it is not exempt from the laws that govern the intellectual property rights.
It is stated that by means are people allowed to sell and distribute in any manner downloaded digital music. This is to control the abusive acts of people trying to make digital music a good investment. Though the law
prevents piracy exists, the incident of such case is still rampant.
